We're talking about wiping down every surface, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, cleaning inside cabinets and closets. You'll walk in and actually want to put your stuff away. What we clean before you move in

Kitchens get the full treatment. Inside the oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. We wipe down cabinets inside and out, scrub the sink, degrease the backsplash. Counters and floors get sanitized so you can cook the first night without worrying about what was there before.

Bathrooms are sanitized top to bottom. Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, tile grout. We clean inside vanities and medicine cabinets. Bedrooms and living areas get dusted, baseboards wiped, closets vacuumed, windows cleaned. If there's a basement or laundry room, we handle those too. You can also book One Time Cleaning if you just need a refresh later on, but move-in day deserves the deep version.

How it works with your moving schedule

Ideally we come in after the previous tenant or owner moves out but before your movers show up. That way we're not working around boxes and furniture. Most move-in cleans take 3-5 hours depending on the size of the place. We bring all our own supplies and equipment.

If you're coordinating keys with a landlord or real estate agent, just let us know the access details when you book. We've worked with property managers all over Angus and Alliston, so we're used to timing things around closing dates and lease starts. Pricing for new home cleaning

Move-in cleans start around $350 for a smaller apartment and go up depending on square footage and how much scrubbing the place needs. We'll give you a firm quote once we know the size and condition. No surprise charges on the day of.

If you're moving into an apartment, we also offer Apartment Cleaning on a recurring basis once you're settled. But for move-in day, you want the deep version. It's worth it to start with a blank slate.
