Most people unpack, settle in, then realize the bathroom grout is disgusting or the kitchen cabinets are sticky. By then it's too late to do it right. We handle the whole house while it's empty. Floors, windows, appliances, cupboards, everything. You walk in and it actually smells clean.

What We Clean on Move In Day
Kitchens get the most attention. We pull out the stove and fridge, scrub behind them, wipe down every shelf and drawer, degrease the range hood, clean inside the oven and microwave. Counters, backsplash, sink, faucet. If the previous owner left crumbs or spills, we get rid of them.
Bathrooms are next. Toilets, tubs, showers, tile, grout, mirrors, vanities. We disinfect everything and make sure there's no hair, soap scum, or mildew anywhere. Bedrooms and living areas get dusted, vacuumed, baseboards wiped, closets cleaned out. We do windows inside, wipe down light switches and door handles, vacuum or mop all floors depending on the surface.

How It Works
Call or text us with your address and move-in date. We'll ask a few questions about square footage, how many bathrooms, whether the place is empty or still has furniture. Then we send you a quote, usually within a couple hours. No site visit needed unless it's a bigger property.
We show up on the day you pick, bring all our own supplies and equipment, and work through the whole house. Most move in cleans take three to five hours depending on size and condition. You don't need to be there. Just give us access and we'll lock up when we're done.
Once we're finished, you get a text. Walk through and make sure you're happy. If we missed something, we come back and fix it. We also offer Recurring Cleaning if you want us to keep the place looking good after you settle in.
Pricing and Scheduling
Move in cleaning usually runs between $250 and $500 depending on the size of the home and how much work it needs. A small apartment or condo is on the lower end. A three-bedroom house with two bathrooms and a finished basement is higher. If the previous tenant left it rough, that adds time. We give you the exact price up front so there's no surprises.
We know closing dates and lease starts don't always give you much notice. If you need us same-week or even next-day, let us know and we'll do our best. We work around your schedule, not the other way around. Evenings and weekends are fine if that's what works for you.

Do I need to be home during the move in cleaning?
Nope. Most people drop off a key or give us the lockbox code, then pick up the key when we're done. We'll text you when we arrive and again when we finish. If you want to be there, that's fine too, but you don't have to stick around.
What if the previous owner left the place really dirty?
We've seen it all. If it's worse than average, it just takes us a bit longer and the price goes up slightly. We'll let you know if we think it'll take extra time once we see photos or get details. Either way, we make sure it's actually clean before you move in.
Can you clean the same day I get the keys?
Usually, yeah. If you call us in the morning and the place is empty, we can often get a crew there that afternoon or evening. It depends on our schedule that day, but we prioritize move ins because we know you're on a deadline. Just reach out as soon as you know your closing date.
